This design eliminates the need of carrying merchandise, often more than one, which is very inconvenient for the elders, pregnant women, and disabled. Through Touch Buy, we create a shopping environment that is more caring and convenient and thus increases the target users’ self-esteem while enjoying the pleasant shopping experience. Touch Buy utilizes module design which can be easily installed in existing retail store. Merchandise of any size can be sold using Touch Buy. The number of merchandise to purchase is determined by the number of time you scan your finger. The data collected from fingerprints can then be used for merchandise preparation, packing, and stock replenishment.
