We face a global youth unemployment crisis, yet employers struggle to identify and hire skilled talent. General Assembly develops solutions that serve the needs of both of these populations and bridges the gap between them to conquer these intertwined challenges. Through partnerships with nonprofits and government agencies who specialize in serving disconnected youth, General Assembly combines best practice youth development principles with proven accelerated training to create powerful pathways for underserved youth into high-wage, in-demand jobs in technology, business, data, and design.
