I living in Hsinchu, a famous “Windy City”in Taiwan. By using this characteristics, I design a device, that can put on buildings and wall, when the fierce wind blowing,it can made power, and the power can create the light. The light will become a wall, when having this “light wall”, we can decrease the streetlight to save the public electricity. This work is called Share Shear, “Share” is a "sharing" concept, Because of this device can be connected with each other, as long as a fan is rotating, you can share the excess power to other devices. “Shear”means “wind shear effects", when the wind blew from the open space to the city when, because of the pressure difference produce wind shear effects.
