Our Vision is for a world without homelessness. Our Mission is to use football to support and inspire people who are homeless to change their own lives; and to change perceptions and attitudes towards people who are experiencing homelessness. Getting an accurate picture of global homelessness is extremely challenging as definitions of homelessness vary from country to country. Following a United Nations survey on global homelessness in 2005, there are an estimated 100 million homeless people worldwide, and as many as 1.6 billion people lacking adequate housing (UN, 2005). We work to help our Street Football Partners improve on the work they do and positively impact the lives of even more people around the globe. Some of our projects are aimed at the development and improvement of football programmes across the world, while others focus on developing the skills of those participating in such projects.
