A Story of Hope for the Bullied improves life by giving hope to young people suffering from bullying
A graphic novel to help the issue of teen suicide.
A Story of Hope for the Bullied is a graphic novel/illustrated story created and published on-line in 2012 which is based on a real life story, the author's very own bullying case. Designed to look like still-frames from a movie, it can be accessed and read on-line by people from all over the world. It aims to give hope and courage to those suffering from bullying and are contemplating suicide by showing them the example of someone who has experienced the pain they are experiencing and yet managed to defeat depression. After the story was published online on www.deviantart.com in 2012, it has since been read by tens of thousands of people from all across the world and received about 500 messages from bullying survivors and sufferers who were expressing gratitude and newfound hope after reading the story. In 2012 the story was also published on www.bullyville.com, an anti-bullying American organization, and the number of views currently counts about 2 million clicks.
