In Denmark alone, 400 000 children, men and women suffer from incontinence. Existing diagnostic methods are unpleasant and humiliating, and the failure of such a basic bodily function severely damages the patient's self-esteem. Uturn is a mobile medical product, which for a period of time monitors the bladder using ultrasound, enabling doctors to make a more precise diagnosis and provide better treatment. Uturn also discretely signals the patient when the bladder needs to be emptied and can be readily concealed underneath clothing.
