Children from developing countries need pens for educational purposes. Unicef Friend aims to build a stronger relationship between donor and receiver by sharing something other than money. The Unicef Friend is a pen made of two postcards – one is rolled into a pen and on the other the donator can write a message for the receiver. Unicef Friend uses only the internal part of a normal pen, as the external casing is a pen's most expensive part. That way, two Unicef Friend pens can be made for the price of one normal pen.
