Many institutes of education are not geared to unadapted young people, whose drive, creativity and talent do not fit into established educational systems.The international version of the Danish three year educational program aims to produce social responsible entrepreneurs and agents for positive change in the world. The education stresses the importance of project managers not making themselves indispensable, giving partners the opportunity to develop competencies to continue a project on their own. The education system has already been exported to Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands and is heading for UK, Canada and Hong Kong.
