Through our Elevate Creative Apprentice Program, we use our profits to train and employ youth in arts, design and technology. We take you on a journey for a year to show you the impact your business has had on the people we help. Pioneering solutions to end youth unemployment is at the core of what we do. We are on the ground. We’ve seen and studied why the youth are knee-deep into unemployment. Brilliance is equally distributed but opportunity is not. We now know that brilliance is equally distributed but opportunity is not. That’s why we have committed ourselves to play a part in empowering and up-skilling youth in underserved communities, in preparation for jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities, to become the next generation of digital talent in Uganda.
