Most of the people feel distant from art and culture, and that is a lack that affects to all communities and their educational and social development. Besides, art has followed its own path, giving its back to society and leaving a gap between public and museums or art institutions. When we first started with our prototypes of exhibitions on the street, people immediately approached to our project and started asking about the event. That is why we realized the need of getting art closer to this general public. Opened participation allows us to make art and culture accessible to all citizens through high social impact interventions. Undervalued public spaces are turned into ephemeral art galleries or into artistic interventions that empower citizens. We´ve made more than 145 interventions, the last one, #TeVi, with more than 500 citizen participants. Our actions achieved the reactivation of more than 12 places and created affective links between them, the artists and the pedestrians.
