Volta
Multi-functional home pieces made from recycled PET waste
Made with recycled PETG plastic, Volta is a collection of multi-functional pieces with architectural-like shapes and beautiful colours. It's 100% recycled, 100% recyclable 3D printed tableware designed by Paula Cademartori for Supernovas.
The whole collection is made from recycled PET waste streams, such as plastic food containers and drinks bottles, and it's endlessly recyclable. The collection includes pen holders, trays, vases, toolboxes, boxes, clips and much more; it's super-strong and resistant and comes in bright pastel colours.
With a background in industrial design, Italian-Brazilian designer Paula Cademartori has built up a creative universe from a personal stylistic vision influenced by her love of art and architecture.
Supernovas challenged Paula to create a line of tableware and stationery using recycled plastic filaments (PETG), resulting in Volta (meaning ‘architectural shape' in Italian and return - of the materials - in Portuguese).
