This is a set of exquisite four-clover dinner plates, which are flexible and can be used in the modern food industry, to form a rich modeling. With this design, people no more need to worry about sauce dripping like traditional plates when we remove food from the plate. 100 percent of the plastic waste we saved will be putted into landfills or burned because white asparagus plastic has no economic value in industrial recycling systems.In order to create more innovative and sustainable material used in cutlery, I tried to use discarded asparagus shell. In Germany, white asparagus ripen in spring. And people usually remove the hard shell of white asparagus and throw it away in order to enjoy white asparagus. We are exploring traditional Japanese sustainable bonding techniques in Macao and used it in cutlery. And it is the first time for it to be introduced in Europe.
