VI MEDIA
VI MEDIA is an Empowerment Platform CoDesigned with Visually Impaired, for the Visually Impaired.
VI Media is an online platform codesigned with Visually Impaired people after understanding what is needed to improve the quality of life. The team consisting of scientists, researchers, designers, engineers, psychologists, doctors, etc., from around the world who did extensive user research, going deep into understanding the problems faced and areas of intervention.
GOAL: after analysing the inferences, our co-design team decided to build a platform that will allow the Visually Impaired (VI) to access and share information, and employers to obtain it.
A platform that will close the gap in the lack of knowledge from employers on what VI’s can do and how to best work alongside them.
In addition, the platform will aim to inspire VI’s by connecting them to those others who face the same situations and are willing to share their experiences in the form of keen podcasts.
