ZOOM+ is a new medical model developed for millennials—a new generation of patients who believe a seamless flow between doctor appointments, treatments, and insurance is not only possible, but imperative. With transparent member pricing and an app that lets users schedule same-day primary, specialty, urgent, and even emergency care appointments from a variety of clinics (currently only in Portland, Salem, Vancouver, and Seattle), the system hopes to streamline what can be a complex, overwhelming, and otherwise cold experience into something engaging and empathetic.
