Fifteen Crickets
A juice made from crickets, designed to make more people eat insects.
Insekt KBH is introducing edible insects to the mainstream. The company's first product is called "FEMTEN Fårekyllinger" (FIFTEEN Crickets): an apple-ginger shot enriched with, well, fifteen crickets. Unlike traditional livestock, insects require a minimum of water, feed and space. And they are packed with nutrition!
Therefore they are a healthy, sustainable and tasty alternative to traditional sources of protein. Insekt KBH's call to climate action is by facilitating the change in consumer mindsets from a bottom-up perspective so that edible insects may become commonly accepted as a nutritional and gastronomical source. Using juice as a popular vehicle, the mission is to kickstart a sustainable food revolution, adding a new dimension to the culinary and aesthetic experience. Insekt KBH wants to serve you the future of food. Now.
