How does it work?
Push Far helps individuals find a mentor and become a mentor, enabling organizations to run and scale thriving mentoring programs. For Businesses, Organizations and Educational Institutes, personalized settings can be fostered through the admin panel, from branding to themes, programs and matching rules. It is possible to share unique registration links, invite them via Single-Sign On (SSO) or import them via CSV. Participants can find matches, host meetings and track their goals through PushFar's platform. Track participants mentoring activity, from goals and meetings to feedback and survey capture. As for individuals, the process is quite similar: with a mentor match option, a user can begin mentoring to find the right match and track their progress by engaging with others, being proactive and completing goals and career progression tasks. Going further will allow the user to start threads and conversations, explore job opportunities, discover virtual events and more.
