Among typhoon disasters nowadays, there are cases that the resources distribution among the victims are neither equal nor efficient, while the central disaster relief center also faces difficulties summing up and distributing resources, as a result of lacking a well established resource dispatch system. Hence, redesign ranging from resource packaging to post-usage of transportation-use cartons will be done, following by integrating management application, aiming to manage disaster supplies efficiently, and resolve existing problems.
