Next Generation Compressed Earth Blocks
Fabricate enlarged Compressed Earth Blocks to create low-cost, sustainable, permanent housing.
CEB technology, utilizing local, on-site earth is the ultimate, sustainable, fast, low-cost building system for a global solution to the rapidly expanding middleclass housing demand. Given the speed of the construction process and that the majority of the materials are present locally the system can also be used for permanent, immediate disaster relief. Environmentally, the process brings down the highly problematic CO2 emissions in today's construction methods to a minimum.
Redesigning the process to produce blocks 30 times larger creates a 24’’ thick wall that is structurally and thermally superior to existing systems. Utilizing advances in recycled strengthening additives/coatings enhances the wall’s performance.
