Bespoke solar facades
Invisibly integrate PV as dynamic facade without architectural compromise & become carbon neutral
How does it work?
Behind a low glare skin of tempered glass a structural costing ensures a non fading and iridescent color experience that changes as the sun moves. The high transparency ensures superior productivity, but also completely hides the high efficiency mono-crystalline solar cells in the cladding to replace traditional carbon-heavy buildings materials with a solution that is long lasting and pays for itself and can be fully recycled in existing channels. The easy to install systems ensures that any local contractor can complete the installation and complies with all local building codes by integrating a number of technical features that solves service and fire safety
Why is it needed?
Buildings represent 39% of the worlds carbon footprint & to reach a sustainable & carbon neutral world building will need to change & become much more energy efficient, resilient & carbon positive. This will not happen if it is costly or results in ugly machines as we need human centered, beautiful, equitable & social environments to thrive as human beings.
The world needs fossil free energy independence & predictability more than ever. We do that on-site & cost-effectively
Our tailored & high performance solar facades are build in Denmark from mostly recycled materials & with sustainable energy to be resilient, durable & maintenance free as well as engineered to be fully recycled in a circular resource economy
Architecturally driven the solar facade seamlessly replace traditional claddings with a multifunctional skin that can be freely designed to integrate with the urban fabric & provide new dynamic and material qualities to express a tailored architectural vision.
How does it improve life?
Solar facades fights global warming by eliminating fosil fuels and lowering carbon footprint of our buildings to increase energy resiliency, equability and predictability without compromising architecturally, financially or environmentally
As we move away from carbon fuel to electrify everything in an ever warming world, we need durable solutions that will ensure local power availability to make our homes livable and operational, but at the same time
