CRÉDITOS
We are Santiago, Isabel, Sofia, Dominique, Emmanuel and Victoria, six industrial designers graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. The public university instilled in us the social role of industrial design and the ability to investigate, empathize and question to arrive at the best solution. We are digital natives, curious millennials, all sub'30, we have a fluid contact with new technologies, manufacturing processes and great adaptability to change. We joined in the middle of a pandemic and strict quarantine to put our know-how at the service of the need and help from our area to those who were most vulnerable and exposed to the virus, the doctors of the public institutions of the country. We dream of supplying all of Argentina with our products and transcending borders reaching all of Latin America. Each one has a specific role within the team but at the same time we are flexible to cover new tasks. We research, design, validate and iterate.

AEROSOLBOX
The see-through chamber that isolates the heads of patients, thus preventing spraying of droplets in the environment.
We came together in March 2020 intending to develop Aerosolbox, a solidarity project that supplies Argentinian hospitals with medical personal protective equipment. AerosolBox is a see-through chamber that isolates the heads of patients, preventing spraying of droplets out in the environment, thus decreasing the risk of contagion during high exposure moments such as intubation. We designed it together with anesthesiologists and our vendors that managed to keep their businesses open thanks to us. We have currently supplied 50% of hospitals in Buenos Aires metropolitan area and Greater Buenos Aires. We travelled several kilometers within Argentinian soil from the NOA to Neuquén. Thanks to our positive effect on professionals, we have been contracted to design alternatives for other healthcare areas, such as dentistry, dermatology, and endoscopy. We have designed, tested, and validated each model, together with experts in real use scenarios.
