Self sustaining affordable communities
It solves problem of homelessness, hunger and will self sustain from the revenue from renewables.
With recent increase in the adoption of solar farms and wind mills for power generation, the space below the solar panels can be used for shelter, and after watching homeless in Austin sleeping under bridges and in tents on the side walks, it made sense to think of creating a community that could have housing built with reusable shipping containers or 3D printed homes and house solar panels on the roof, and wind mills to generate power. Excess power can be sold to the local grids and generate revenue, and the community can grow their own food by having small farms and dairy, and a centrally located food halls to provide food for the community. Onsite medical facilities will provide free health care, and help with mental health issues and addiction for the homeless.
These communities could serve as a template for affordable housing for low income residents, and scalable in poverty regions globally, and can be designed to work for autonomous electric vehicles for travel or deliveries.
