The project aims to make children aware of the microscopic world of diatoms (and their values) through mediation and an observation kit. With simple items in a dark room, children can observe their water sample of diatoms. They are spotlighted using a simple light and a serie of lenses which projects diatoms on the tables of the classroom. The observation kit structure fades in the children experience. The structure looks like a tripod, erected above the tables of classroom. The majority of the kit can be manufactured in a Fablab in order to be accessible to the greatest possible number of people.
