Currently the highway is called the scar of the city, but every day between 21.30 pm - 06.30pm and sunday the viaduct is taken over by joggers, cyclists, skaters, ...transforming it currently into a park without trees. City counsel decided to either break down the viaduct down, or create a park with it. This movement chooses the second option, with trees this time to generate a breathing space in the heart of the city.
