Design standardised precision-manufactured Passivhaus Standard homes. 3. Design optimal layouts and secure planning permission. 4. Manufacture the homes off-site in a state-of-the-art UK factory. 5. Install the homes onto the rooftop of the building and integrate access and services. 6. Rent the homes to key workers via established Registered Providers. Homes account for 40% of the UK’s CO2 emissions. Skyroom saves c.2133 T/CO2 per new 2-bedroom home throughout its lifetime.
