Our products are made from our Koji, which is a Japanese superfood that is high protein superprotein and typically used in Michelin Star kitchens. We use Koji as the base for all of our products which gives them a delicious umami taste naturally and amazing texture. Our ‘superprotein’, is truly super because it’s ultra-sustainable, is high in protein, has a naturally meaty texture and umami taste of meat. We harness the natural properties of Koji, a traditional Japanese superfood that we grow and harvest in the sunny Berkeley, CA.
