Taiwan’s night market is a famous tourist attraction worldwide. In addition, there are more and more night markets around the world. However, in the night market, disposable table wares are over-used and causes damage to the environmental. We will focus on the convenience and environmental issues of the night market. After analyzingthe characteristics of Taiwanese food culture, we designed environmentally-friendly table wares and foldable tables that can be used globally. What we want to do is not only to classify but also to reduce the amount of garbage in the night market, and expend this concept worldwide.
