Currently the fallen leaves in the cities are ending up on the dump where they create gases, that contribute to global warming. What if we take them and continue with the natural circulation? My project focuses on using a fallen leaves and mixing them with biodegradable resin and creating a furniture from it. In this particular project I created a seat of the chair, that is perfectly functionable and strong enough. It is fixed on the tubular steel frame, that is designed in a way, that can last for generations, but its very cheap and easy to produce People can pick leaves from their garden, create a new seat every year and throw the damaged seat under their tree to fertile it. The seat of the chair is always different and personalized. It is a natural continuation of a circulation in the nature itself. The chair is now in the form of functional prototype and so I hope, the materiál has the power to replace the plastic in the furniture industry.
