First of all we started to design a set of furniture being inspired by persian music instruments as can be seen in our sketches. In our research process, we have faced one dramatic story about one of the famous persian poems, which means you should always return to your originality, because of that you will be unique. Then we started to merge this influential story with shape of persian music instruments. And about the location we have found the best place in the lobby of hotels. The people all around the world who are away from their home, and the poem says that: It smells like the Mulian river It reminds me of the kindest lover To represent this poem in the design of the sofa we decided to choose a from of mixture of calligraphy called: Shekasteh Nastaliq (a form of broken writing in persian calligraphy), this idea helps us in texturing and making our sofa more beautiful and more understandable by all nations.
