Born in 1980, making and creating in the field of product, industrial and graphic design since 2004. Although George started his career as a chef in various restaurants, he took a step in a whole different direction.Design.
He studied industrial & product design and graduated from Middlesex University.He is the co-founder of 11% design studio and also teaches industrial and product design in the greek department of Middlesex University.

''Home'' helps homeless people safely carry their food and enjoy it when and where they choose to.
In 1998 being a cook in a hotel,i watched every night food to be thrown away.
This is a global phenomenon.Tons of fresh food ends up in the garbage every night.Fortunately there're organisations that collect and distribute it to where it's really needed,to homeless people for example.
6 years after i was no longer a cook,but a product design student,and had the chance to help improve this situation.So,here's ''Home''a packaging that helps homeless people safely carry and enjoy their food.It's transforming shape puts the
user in actual control of the whole process of eating, personalizing this important experience and emphasizing a persons sense of dignity.Info such as shelter locations,job ads or emergency numbers can be printed on it and as it's made of non-toxic recyclable paper,it can even be used for lighting a fire in case of emergency without emitting dangerous fumes.
