MEDU is a startup of sustainable medical clothing. The fabric guarantees the highest barrier of protection – waterproof and Flammable. Users can keep track of the useful life of their equipment with MEDU's integrated QR technology. Products can be used up to 50 times and will then be given a second life.

MEDU Protection wants to leave a footprint on the world and generate the next generation of doctors who consume inputs in a cleaner way, reducing their carbon footprint.

So far, MEDU has: donated 5000+ gowns, saved 100 tonnes of garbage, engaged with 1100+ healthcare personnel and have 98% satisfaction rate. By the end of 2022, the company aims to replace more than 20 million single-use PPE gowns and divert 6,000 tons of hospital waste from landfills or incinerators. In addition, the company has doubled in size and is working with hospitals in New York and Los Angeles.
