A 25-year old Gazan entrepenuer, Mariam Abultewi, has came up with Wasselni, a ride-share that works offline. Taxi drivers and Taxi companies can join the system to get rides requests, they can get real time notifications from the users using the mobile and web app. A taxi company can deal with requests coming and then forwardthem to its drivers if the drivers don’t have smart phones. Users can communicate with each other in Wasselni. SinceWasselni works as social network, users can follow each other, find their friends’ trips, add comment oneach other’s posts, and even ask to join their friends’ trips and rides! With Wasselni, you can request a taxi atany time, and -if you want- you can share this taxi with others.You will be able to communicate with the driver and your friends who decided to join you in your trip!
