Catch is an excursion backpack for travel and it also can transform itself into a rescue strip in emergent situation if necessary. It is an ideal carry-on for those who like to enjoy outdoor activities near or close to water. It increases the chance of successful rescue when a sudden drowning accident happens. The backpack is made out of a five meters zipper incorporated a strip of thin PVC. We made this three-dimensional object that could vanish into a pile of rescue strip when it is unzipped and re-form when zipped back. In emergency, the rescuer can unzipped the backpack and transform it into throwing equipment on hand for rescuing the drowning victim. The bottom of the backpack is stuffed with EVA foam. It make the end of the rescue strip could float on the water for the victim to catch the rescue strip.
