The eco-friendly diaper is processed by two decentralized units , thelong-term care center and the processing center. The long-term carecenter is in charge of collecting used diapers. Those collected dia -pers will be cleaned, sanitized, and desiccated before being se nt tothe processing center, which is responsible for dissolving diap ers.By using natural compounds, polyethylene, fluff fiber, and sodi umpolyacrylate can be decomposed from the diaper. These chemicalmaterials are available for producing the recycled paper, which cansave 72000 trees per month, and 20 tons water per ton of pulp m ade.Considered in the service situation , the diapers must be colle ctedand excrement and water must be removed before being sent to th ecentral recycling center. Thus, the ergonomic design of collect ionand processing device is necessary, so that nurses can pull thebucket after collect diapers and push into the laundry machine witha gull-wing opening.
