A playful way to recover memories of the city, brings
consciousness and empathy about
its founders
One of the premises on which the game is based is how collective traumas impact for generations. This is a topic studied in epigenetics and in therapeutic and psychological schools around the world (see in https://pocketproject.org/).
The mechanics of the game will emulate the process by which this relationship between past traumas influences future generations, and in a subtle way will point to the importance of recovering memory and empathy for the wounds of the past, in an attempt to welcome these events into our hearts, helping collectively to transform the emotional burden that prevents overcoming, learning and evolution.
In a soft and fun way, but deep, we believe that the game can give didactic visibility to these complex dynamics of the community, raising awareness of the importance of these subtle dynamics, and of our responsibilities for future generations.
