Ahuakaterial is the result of an approach and analysis that seeks to contribute and generate value in the production and sustainable consumption of organic waste. It proposes a scheme that allows to recover residues from a specific product, contributing to the development of a circular economy. In addition, it arises from a concern about the inefficient use of resources, due to excessive consumption, using more resources than those produced by the Earth. Because of this, and taking into account the avocado production, in which in each harvest, more than half of its weight goes to the garbage, is born the opportunity to take advantage of it by creating a material that gives a second life to this waste.
