BIO-BASED MATERIALS is a research project about materials obtained from biomass. The aim of the project is to investigate an alternative to conventional materials that usually have a huge negative impact on the environment. Developing these materials obtained from biomass would not only mean a great improvement for the planet, but would also offer new sensations, colours, textures, odours and interactions between the user and the object. This project was developed as part of the artist’s final project to qualify as a Product Designer from EASD Valencia.
