Pinovo
Dust-free abrasive vacuum blasting for industrial surfaces
Paint is the 2nd largest source of microplastics in the Norwegian oceans. This source of pollution can be drastically reduced. Paint protects steel structures from corrosion. When performing maintenance on these structures, old paint and rust are removed, and new paint is applied. With the use of traditional methods for maintenance, the removed paint is normally emitted to the oceans. Paint is plastic. The removed, tiny paint particles are microplastics. Pinovo supplies innovative and patented technology for dust-free abrasive vacuum blasting of industrial surfaces, and offer: - Zero emissions to the environment - Recycling of the grit blasting media - Reduced waste and CO2 emissions. By performing continuous maintenance, preferably with rope access techniques, Pinovo can offer a cost-effective alternative to the current way of maintaining steel structures.
