ReDo recycling
A practical proposal based on recycling categories is designed to improve doing recycling.
The six recycling categories are numbered by 1-6 raised dots. In addition, recyclable waste of each category is marked by specific number of raised dots and colors. Children can tell recycling categories apart easily in this way and learn numbers and colors from doing recycling. Most importantly, raised dots on recycling bins and the ground can help the blind people to make correct classification. The practical proposal conforms to the principles of universal design: equitable use, flexibility in use, simple and intuitive, perceptible information, tolerance for error, low physical effort, size and space for approach and use.
