Liite: Modular Recovery
Liite is a modular wearable system designed to help those who are struggling with addiction.
Each day, 115 people die from opiate overdose and over 22 million people report struggling with addiction. Despite this, addiction recovery is prohibitively expensive and carries a heavy social stigma. Liite aims to change that by taking the best features of expensive inpatient recovery and making them more accessible to everyone. Liite is a modular wearable system designed to help those who are struggling with addiction. The system consists of a modular device and an app, the device is to be used by the person recovering and the app is to be used by their caregivers and sponsors. The device's modular design allows the user to choose how to wear it, so that they may integrate it into their lives as seamlessly as possible. The device's main function is to track withdrawal symptoms in the patient and report all information to their caregivers via the app, so that they are better equipped to provide an individualized recovery experience and ease in recovery.
