The “Digestive Car” explores a new aesthetic of bio-products, to open discussion about the issues surrounding global warming. This speculative, self-sufficient fuel source will provide a new energy future and a cleaner environment while you feed this living vehicle with grass. The Digestive Car project, inspired by a cow’s digestive system, imagines that 3D-printed biological materials will one day be used for industrial design. It proposes a vehicle equipped with four stomachs that could be fed with grass; the methane created from the digestion process would fuel the car.
