Today, educational systems are being challenged. Teachers frequently struggle with large classes, disruptive and aggressive children, rigid curricula and their own feelings of frustration and exhaustion. In addition, some children suffer from depression, buffeted as they often are by pressures from home, school and society.

The TeamPlayGround (TPG) educational process is used in 9 Italian schools and kindergartens, and the roles and tasks that constitute the concept are introduced in classrooms using TeamPlayCards, passports and a calendar. TPG recognizes that each person is unique and vital to the whole and also honors mental, social and emotional intelligences. The result is increased well-being, improved self-esteem, respect for others and a decrease in aggression.
