Many plastic chairs are made of plastics that render them into non-biodegradable waste once they are worn out. The IMPRINT chair is produced in the environmentally friendly Cellupress material; a wooden fiber alternative to plastic which might prove to become the preferred material for furniture manufacturers, but at present is considered waste.
