The observatory defines transfers the recommendations established in the seminars organized by Fundesarte to competent institutions in the different countries where they are present and do the follow up of the implementation.

This observatory is implementing a web based system to foster their already widespread activity y studies and projects, development based on design, education and organisation of congresses all over Latin America. Since 1984 they have educated and counselled thousands of craftsmen and women, politician, technicians and professionals in charge of many more people all over the world, with emphasis in Latin America.
