Gas analyzers based on FTIR spectroscopy are useful and common in labs, but a fully automatic one that’s sufficiently intelligent, fast and portable for critical applications such as in emergency and disaster events isn’t introduced yet. ITRI-Mastek features a proprietary algorithm that provides full automation in detecting and identifying up to 380 different gases. This full automation requires no human expert intervention to perform gas sensing and measurement in either fixed plant environment or site of emergency event. Operators can use mobile devices to access ITRI-Mastek gas analyzer remotely. It prevents personnel’s exposure to hazardous unknown gases in chemical accidents.
