Hot island effect has become a big issue in our life. This issue heat our city. City Water Recycle System is a street light design to reduce temperature. This design has a recycle system. It can collect rainwater and store it in the water tank. When temperature reach high degrees, rainwater will be sprayed to air to drop temperature. It can drop almost five degrees. But water mist absorb particle in the air. To make environment clean, this design have an air purifier system. It recycle the water in the air and filter it inside the system. After this process, this design provide clean air to environment. The top of this design has four solar panels. It can shade people during the day and it can produce power to provide lightness in the night.
