IBF Development assisted Somerset Development Company, THC Affordable Housing, Inc. and the Webster Garden Tenant Association in completing the renovation of 52 units of affordable housing in Northwest Washington, DC. This project received a 2012 “Developments of Distinction” award for Financial Innovation from the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits. Clients at Webster Gardens have access to resident services, including: employment services, youth enrichment, community building, heath & wellness, and tenant education.
