We are a Copenhagen-based startup that is innovating in the field of upcycling. Simply put, we are developing scalable production methods to re-use textiles that would normally be burned. For the past 2 years the idea of Wair has been developed and we actually managed to pull it off! We are the first company in the world that is producing upcycled sneakers on scale, and we are ready to apply our knowledge about textile upcycling to other products. In order to come closer to a waste-free fashion industry, we put together a team of amazing sustainability nerds and designers that are working together day-in-day-out on solving the problem of textile-waste overload.
