Ventural
By responding to the constant increase in temperature and providing thermal comfort in homes.
Ventural emerges as a sustainable alternative to be able to maintain thermal comfort within homes in rural and urban areas, taking advantage of the weather conditions of the environment through three innovative, sustainable, accessible and excellent quality modular prefabricated building elements. This need arises from a prospective study focused on the significant increase in temperature for the year 2050, which will place rural populations in a critical situation since the typical house is not designed to withstand these conditions. The proposal consists of three modular elements of low-temperature mud that take advantage of the direct ventilation that can be obtained by the same orientation of the house, the prevailing winds of the area and the humidity obtained from rainwater in order to reduce the interior temperature of the houses. Its production generates a lower carbon footprint than other traditional construction elements such as the gray block.
