The GeoVictoria app is a tool that allows prisons, through geolocation and biometric data, to monitor inmates who obtain the benefit of home detention/house arrest, which can help prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the country's prisons. The application works by validating the biometric data of facial recognition, voice, and the location information of the inmates and then carrying out a control with the data systematized in the cloud, guaranteeing compliance with their sentences. GeoVictoria can be used not only with mobile phones, as it is possible to do it through traditional landlines since recognition is done by voice.
