We are in unprecedented times in our lives as leaders, teams, and individuals. We are coping. And yet, we do not know what is next. We are living in an era of a crisis nested in a crisis nested in a crisis—the COVID-19 crisis within an economic decline within a reckoning with race. Our hope is to be a community that can deepen our awareness, strengthen our accountability, and take action in a way to build a world we must now make. This Human Moment represents the blood, sweat, and gratitude of SYPartners and many friends and contributors, who have come together to invent a new genre—where storytelling and human-change practices come together.
